please, let's vote for Wadi, a young lady of 19 years old.
Please, let's vote for Wadi, a very enterprising 19 years old young lady who has an NGO that's doing great work amongst the less privileged in Northern Nigeria. Now she has been nominated for an international contest. She is the only Nigerian in the contest and due to low voter awareness in Nigeria, other countries have gone far ahead of us. Please help mobilise votes for her and get your friends to vote for her. Let's encourage this hardworking young lady.

Wadi Ben-Hirki
BIOGRAPHY
Wadi Ben-Hirki is a 19 years old Nigerian who resides in Northern Nigeria. She is a final year student at Covenant University, Nigeria, and the founder of Wadi Ben-Hirki Foundation, a charity organization that helps the disadvantaged children in the society through the campaigns: #Street2School, #GirlsNotWives and #LITMOW (Love In The Midst Of War.)
In the event of being engaged in peacebuilding activities, she has faced several challenges such as; insufficient funds to run some campaigns, lack of access to some victims living in areas that have been greatly affected by terrorist attacks simply because of being a girl child. Nevertheless, these challenges have not stopped her. So far, she has been able to reach approximately 500 people through her peace campaigns.
Some of her peace work achievements include: membership in the Association of Women’s Rights in Development, one of the selected Youths to participate in the African Union Regional Youth Consultation on human rights (August 2016), Nigerian Teen Choice Awards Choice Philanthropist of the Year (2015 & 2016), Covenant University humanitarian of the year 2016 among others.
