This is one massacre too many and I have refrained from jumping into conclusion that it actually happened.  There is great apprehension and anxiety in the South East over these killings by my intelligence.
The FGN and it's agencies cannot afford to keep a solemn quietness as hundreds of Nigerians are butchered like animals. It read like a fiction but ended  a factual occurrence capable of shaking the basic foundation of our unity and trust in this nation.
We have survived the civil war about three and half decades ago. Now a religious war, Instigated by provocative actions of human blood sucking religious fanatics(herdsmen) is the least we need. It is suspected that these herdsmen are really not Nigerians. If indeed it is true. Our borders are so porous and license to carry weapons issued recklessly by the authorities?
  Time for President Muhammadu Buhari to make a nationwide broadcast to reassure Nigerians that his oath on MAY 29th, 2015 to protect lives and properties of every Nigerian is sacred and actionable. Citizens of a section of this country are living in palpable fear and our elected representatives cannot be sitting in limbo while millions are gradually loosing confidence that they can be protected.
