CRIME: Police Recover 12 Stolen Cars, Motorcycles In Ogun

Ogun State Police Command, yesterday, disclosed that its men have recovered six vehicles and six motorcycles from men of the underworld.
According to a release signed by the Assistant Police Public Relations Officer of the command, Abimbola Oyeyemi, the recovered vehicles and motorcycles, were snatched or abandoned by thieves in Abeokuta and its environs.
Oyeyemi listed the vehicles and motorcycles to include a Nissan Terrano with registration number BE 403 ABJ, Mazda 626, CH 77 APP, Honda, AU 240 AAB, unregistered SEBRING Touring (accidented car), Datsun, OG 8841 EC and Nissan Sunny, XA 958 WDE.
The motorcycles are BAJAJ Boxer, AKM 885 QA, unregistered JINCHENG, JINCHENG, AKM 007 QA, LIFAN, SGM 052 QA, unregistered BAJAJ and QLINK, ABG 439 QB.
The assistant PPRO, however, urged residents whose vehicles or motorcycles were stolen, to visit Adigbe Division of the command for possible identification, adding recovered vehicles not claimed within two weeks would be lost to public auctions.
