Today, some Christians talk about their battles instead of the one
fighting for them; they talk about their sickness instead of the one
who is their Healer; they talk about how they feel and what their
situation looks like. Even when they need help in times of trouble,
they turn to men not God. When they approach me in great
emotion, I know the Word of God is not dominating their lives.
People of God, life itself teaches that if human help could help us,
we would have been helped by now.
You sick, where lies your confidence – is it in medicine?
You, intellectual, where lies your confidence – is it in institutions?
You less privileged, where lies your confidence – is it in the arm
of the flesh?
Remember everything in the absolutes of science and technology
is simply falling apart because the technology of this world is all
about wisdom on the outside. It can fail you. Therefore, we
simply have to return to God and the Holy Bible.
In the Book of 1 Samuel 17:32 -39, King Saul underestimated
David’s ability to defeat the giant because of his little stature and
seeming inexperience in warfare. This is human knowledge which
tells how men look. But only God can tell us what they are
because He judges men by the heart. So, make Jesus Christ the
director of all you do; allow Him to be involved in all that has to
do with you and become connected to (G.O.D.) the one who
made you. He has the best technology.
