Na wa for AMAC, Abuja, here we come

May God save us in this Abuja! AMAC is aggressively sealing up commercial and residential premises for alleged non payment of tenement rates and charges for hotels.....curiously, there appear to be conspiracy with the magistrates as the magistrates lean favourably to seal premises than listen to merits of the matter Today in Life Camp Court a police officer hinted that AMAC has demanded to have the residential addresses of judges of the High Court so as to exempt them from the illegal sealing up of premises! A lot of law firms am sure are victims here. Many persons are not served with bills before the summons Lawyers are not freely allowed object to incompetence of these cases I THINK the NBA need to beam it's search light on magistrates courts. Its very unfortunate the type of magistrates we have here! The way and manner the court registrar's behave also leave one with suspicion if the dont benefit from payment of these fees and fines.Ths matter should be addressed seriously.
